In the event of non-delivery, we will do what we can to help you
locate the package by providing label numbers, delivery confirmation
information, and customs details. We will not reship or refund
a lost package. It is your responsiblity to file a claim with the post office.

We accept payment through PayPal.
6. Do you sell to retail stores?
Absolutely! If you are interested in carrying our TAG it line in your retail store,
please contact us. We sell to licensed retailers only. Potential retailers must posess a
valid resellers permit. Minimum order requirements apply.
